Darrin raced the Utah GP finishing 13th out of the fastest 70 land luge riders in the USA. His placing at this event qualified him for a starting position at this years San Francisco 2000 Extreme Games!
Darrin Prescott and Monty Simmons, Leavittation Project Managers proposed the biggest land luge stunt of all time for UPN's new show I Dare You. The concept was to luge underneath a series of moving semi-trucks in a slalom fashon while the trucks were moving 40 mph down a winding road. The network loved the idea; it was just the kind of extreme stunts they were looking for, however, hiring the drivers, renting the trucks, and getting the location proved too expensive. The show has since been cancelled. The idea is being saved for a high action feature...how about the opening of the next James Bond...
